Channel 2 News asks order to hand over Galant file to be cancelled

Channel 2 News filed a request in Petah Tikva Magistrates' Court to cancel the order to hand over the "Galant document" to the police that was issued with only one party present on Monday.
The order was issued to the Channel 2 legal department on Monday night. Attorney Barak Bar-Shalom, representing the news company, said that the need to protect journalistic sources prohibits the document from being handed over to the police. (Amit Cotler)
