The police and the Shin Bet arrested another friend of alleged Jewish terrorist Haim Pearlman, suspected of murdering four Palestinians. The arrested man, 24, is a resident of the settlement Tekoa and is active in right-wing organizations.
Pearlman's associates said in response to the arrest, "It was clear that after the court's admonitions on Monday, the Shin Bet would do everything, including dirty tricks, in order to try and show developments in the investigation." Petah Tikva Magistrates' Court estimated on Monday that there is not sufficient evidence to put Pearlman on trial. (Aviel Magnezi)
