Rwandan leader wins re-election with 93%

Full provisional results are in from Rwanda's presidential election showing that President Paul Kagame got 93% of the vote.
Rwanda's election commission also says that 97% of registered voters cast ballots, a huge turnout. Kagame has overseen strong economic growth in Rwanda but has been criticized for crackdowns on dissent and opposition groups. (AP)
