2 women stabbed to death in east London

Two women, a mother and daughter according to media reports, have been found stabbed to death in east London, police said on Thursday.
Scotland Yard said officers were alerted at about 7.30 am to reports of a woman with knife injuries in Beckton. They discovered a woman in her 40s who was pronounced dead at the scene. (Reuters)
