Pearlman banned from contacting rightists

Hours after 'Jewish terrorist' released to house arrest, police hand him order barring him from contacting Noam Federman, Itamar Ben-Gvi, Ariel Groner for 45 days

Hours after his release from detention, police arrived at the home of Haim Pearlman's parents in Tekoa, where he is now under house arrest, and handed him a document forbidding him from making any contact with rightists Noam Federman, Itamar Ben-Gvir and representative of the Honenu organization Ariel Groner for 45 days.

It was also made clear to Pearlman that if he violates this order, he will be arrested.

Itamar Ben-Gvir told Ynet in response: "The Shin Bet is frustrated. They are trying to do illegal things. The order given to Pearlman is an attempt to prevent the exposure of the Shin Bet's failures in this affair, and an attempt to target the human rights representatives working against the plotting against Pearlman."

Pearlman arrived at his parents' home around 6 pm Thursday. He will be spending the coming days there under house arrest. As he entered the community, signs saying, "Welcome home, Haim" were waived, and preparations were made at the Pearlman home to greet him.

Upon his arrival at the house, Pearlman refused to respond to reporters' questions on his Shin Bet interrogation. He rushed to the top floor and began reading text messages received on his cellular phone.
