Spain, Morocco to meet over enclave blockade

Spain's Interior Ministry says its top official is to meet with his Moroccan counterpart in a bid to resolve tensions that have led Moroccan demonstrators to blockade a Spanish enclave in north Africa.
Protesters have been restricting the flow of food and goods into Melilla in a dispute over alleged police violence and racism against Moroccans crossing the border. (AP)
