Senior official: Reports on Pakistan recognizing Israel 'groundless'
A spokesman for the Pakistani Foreign Ministry denied reports that his country had recognized Israel and is about to open an embassy in Tel Aviv, saying the reports were groundless, according to Iranian news agency Fars.
The spokesman said Pakistan's policy regarding the "Zionist regime" was clear and based on principle, and was not going to change. (Ynet)
