Channel 2 News motioned the Petah Tikva District Court to revoke the Magistrate's Court decision which forces it to hand over the "Galant document" to the police.
The appeal was made after the police it no longer needs the document due to developments in the investigation. According to police sources, investigators are already in possession of the document. (Roi Mandel)
