Court: Negligence cause of Palestinian girl's death in 2007

The Jerusalem District Court determined that the State's negligence was behind Palestinian girl Abir Aramin's death in 2007. Aramin was hit by a rubber bullet fired by a Border Guard officer during a riot near the village of Anta.
"The bullet that hit Abir was fired negligently in violation of the rules of engagement," Judge Orit Efal-Gabai said in the ruling. (Aviad Glickman)
