Minister: Higher education budget will return brains to Israel

Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar said during a press conference on the reform in the higher education system that "this is an important turning point in the higher education system in Israel."
According to Sa'ar, the new budgets will allow Israel to "strengthen the periphery, establish excellence centers, launch a process to bring back the brains and recruit a young teaching staff." (Yael Branovsky)
