Channel 2 to court: Cancel order to give police 'Galant document'

Channel 2's news agency has asked Petah Tikvah Regional Court to cancel the injunction ordering the agency to give the 'Galant document' to the police.
"In light of the State's notice that the document is not crucial for the investigation, the reason for issuing the injunction is no longer relevant," the agency wrote. The document is currently being held by the court and Channel 2 says it does not oppose leaving it there, as long as no decision is taken about it ex parte. (Roi Mandel)
