Palestinian accused of raping Beitar Illit girl, threatening to kill her

A resident of the Palestinian village of Hosan, near Bethlehem, has been accused of raping a 19-year-old woman from the West Bank settlement of Beitar Illit. According to the indictment, submitted to Jerusalem District Court, the Palestinian threatened the complainant that if she told anyone he would murder her, and promised to give her NIS 1,000 ($264) if she said nothing.
