Yemen's army says 7 al-Qaeda members killed in south

The Yemenite army said Saturday it had killed seven al-Qaeda members and wounded three others in clashes in the south of the country on Friday night. Eleven Yemeni soldiers and three civilians were also killed in the shooting.
Yemen's Defense Ministry said the three wounded members had been taken for questioning. (AFP)
