Ashkenazi congratulates next chief of staff Galant

Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Gabi Ashkenazi congratulated GOC Southern Command Yoav Galant on his being chosen as Israel's 20th chief of staff. Ashkenazi promised to assist Galant in any way he could.
Ashkenazi also spoke with the other four candidates for chief of staff, and requested that they continue to work for the good of the IDF. (Hanan Greenberg)
