Court: Teachers must accept 'New Horizon' reforms implementation

The National Labor Court issued an injunction forbidding the teachers' organization from taking steps to protest the implementation of the "New Horizon" reforms in junior high schools.
The judges, led by Court President Steve Adler, accepted the State's claim and ruled that the Education Ministry has the authority to compel teachers to work in the framework of the reforms. (Yale Branovsky)
