Haredim protest construction at Barzilai Hospital
Eight haredim arrived at the construction site for the new emergency room to be built at Ashkelon's Barzilai Hospital and are protesting against the digs. A police squad car has arrived on location.
Eleven of 15 protesting haredim were arrested on Sunday for trying to thwart construction at the site, on which they claim are located ancient Jewish graves. (Shmulik Hadad)
