Livni hopes PM understands talks in Israel's interest, not favor to Palestinians

Opposition Chairwoman Tzipi Livni said at the start of a conference on the threat of de-legitimization of Israel held at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya that she hopes Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will understand that the success of direct talks with the Palestinians in an Israeli interest.
"I hope that the prime minister will go there with the understanding that this is not a favor for the Palestinians or the US, but is in our interest," said Livni. (Attila Somfalvi)
