Justice Dept. to appeal ruling in stem cell case

The USJustice Department says it will appeal a court ruling that undercut the Obama administration's stem cell regulations.
A department spokesman, Matthew Miller, says the appeal is expected sometime this week. On Monday, a federal judge blocked the Obama administration's expansion of stem cell research. (AP)
