Families in minibus accident suing driver for $2.5 million

The families Gottstein and Bernstein, whose members were killed less than a month ago when a train crashed into the minibus in which they were traveling, filed a civil law suit against its driver, suspected of causing the accident, for the sum total of $2.5 million.
The suit also applies to the company that was securing the minibus, and was filed in the midst of the criminal proceedings being carried out against the driver. (Tova Dadon)
