IDF confirms Palestinian wounded by troops Saturday
The IDF Spokesperson's Office has confirmed reports that a shooting incident took place on Gaza's border Saturday.
The army said a number of suspicious Palestinians neared the border fence and were called upon by troops to halt. When they did not respond, the soldiers were forced to fire at their lower extremities. The IDF added that the troops identified a hit, but did not know the extent of the man's injuries. (Ynet)
