Minister Herzog: Appoint UN ambassador, NY consul at once

Welfare and Social Services Minister Isaac Herzog criticized Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for holding-up the appointment of a new UN ambassador and New York consul.
Minister Lieberman jokingly replied and asked Minister Herzog "whether he'd like to close a circle," referring to Herzog's father, who served as a UN ambassador. "I have other plans, but I urge you to advance the matter quickly," said Herzog. (Attila Somfalvi)
