Sudan says 2 Russian pilots kidnapped in Darfur

Sudan's official news agency says gunmen kidnapped two Russian pilots transporting food supplies for the joint UN-African Union peacekeeping force in Darfur.

Sudan Armed Forces spokesman Sawarmy Khaled said the pilots, working for the private Badr Company, were kidnapped Sunday in Nyala, the capital of South Sudan province. (AP)
