Fayyad seeks to create reality ahead of state within year

Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad presented his plan for the second year of building the Palestinian Authority institutions. In the document, Fayyad stresses that within a year, the Palestinians would complete all the demands and key changes needed for the establishment of an independent state.
"We aspire to create a reality on the ground within six months which people will find difficult to ignore," Fayyad said. (Ali Waked)
