Jordanian Prime Minister Samir Rifai told Israeli Welfare Minister Isaac Herzog that "everything must be done so that the direct talks (with the Palestinians) succeed and that an agreement is reached.
"In the framework of these efforts, the (settlement) construction freeze must continue to allow negotiations to progress," he said during a meeting in Amman. (Attila Somfalvi)
