Remand extended for Palestinian suspected of smuggling heroin

Jerusalem Magistrates' Court extended by seven days the remand of three Palestinians suspected of smuggling 60 kg (about 132 lbs) of heroin into Israel.
The three were arrested in a joint operation between the police and the IDF as part of their operations to prevent drug smuggling from Jordan. (Ronen Medzini)
