Lebanon appeals to UN over alleged Israeli spies

Lebanon has filed a complaint to the United Nations accusing Israel of planting spy networks in the country.

Lebanon's Foreign Ministry, which drew up the complaint, said Thursday the letter was sent overnight to UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. (AP)
