Germn bank to request board member dismissal

Germany's central bank says it will request the dismissal of a board member over comments that drew outrage by stereotyping Muslims and Jews.

The Bundesbank's board said in a statement Thursday that it had agreed to ask German President Christian Wulff to remove Thilo Sarrazin from his post on the bank's board. (AP)
