Dana Bennett's murderer appeals ruling in Supreme Court
Yihya Farkhan, who was convicted of murdering American-Israeli Dana Bennet in addition to two other counts of murder, filed an appeal in the Supreme Court against his conviction and sentence. He was sentenced to three life terms in prison.
Farkhan, via Attorney Tami Olman, asked that the justifications for his appeal be submitted to the court in another few months after the evidence is transferred to his legal counsel. (Aviad Glickman)
