Yaalon: Absence from Galant vote not expression of lack of support

Minsiter Moshe Yaalon, who was missing from the cabinet vote officially appointing the next chief of staff explained that his absence does not stem from any reservations regarding the appointment itself, but from the way in which the cabinet made the decision "in haste."
