Judges in Olmert trial: Rachel Raz-Risby not a hostile witness

The Jerusalem District Court has refused to accept a request by the State Prosecutor's Office to declare Rachel Raz-Risby, the foreign affairs coordinator in former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's office during his tenure as Jerusalem mayor and trade minister, a "hostile witness."
Judge Jacob Zaban told the State representative that "at the moment there is no fundamental contradiction between her admissions at the police and in court." (Aviad Glickman)
