The Supreme Court has ordered to state to provide an explanation within the next 60 days on why it did not cancel a permit given to construct an illegal outpost in Binyamin.
The court also demanded an explanation for an electronic gate separating residents of a nearby village from their lands. (Aviad Glickman)
