Obama, Cameron discuss state of Middle East

US President Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron held a phone conversation and discussed the state in the Middle East.
The White House stated that the two also discussed the war in Afghanistan and noted that President Obama congratulated Cameron on the birth of his daughter last month. (AFP)
