The European Parliament has approved a resolution calling on Iran to reverse the decision to execute Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani by stoning.
The parliament also urged the regime in Tehran to suspend the execution of IEbrahim Hamidi, 18, who was convicted of sodomy and "homosexual offenses." (AFP)
