Negev Bedouins charged with assaulting soldiers

An indictment was issued in Beersheba District Court against two young Bedouin men, aged 18 and 23, who are residents of the Bedouin encampments near Arad for assaulting IDF soldiers.
The indictment claims the two beat a soldier with a rock and tried to snatch away his weapon and attempted to kidnap another soldier from a training base in the Negev a few days ago.(Ilana Curiel)
