The Taliban's shadowy leader Mullah Mohammad Omar says Afghan fighters are winning the war and warns Americans they are wasting lives and billions in tax dollars.
The Taliban leader is also telling his followers that the Americans will soon leave Afghanistan and urges them to avoid hurting civilians instructions US commanders say the Taliban frequently ignore. (AP)
