Peres says peace summit chance to build Palestinian state

President Shimon Peres visited Kfar Kara in honor of the Muslim holiday Eid al-Fitr and sent his holiday greetings to all of Israel's Muslim citizens.
Peres also wished luck to the leaders participating in the peace summit at Sharm a-Sheikh on Tuesday. He said, "If once peace talks were believed to be just a photo op, no there is an understanding that there is an opportunity to build a Palestinian state." (Ronen Medzini)
