Rishon Tours key witness: Olmert decided who would finance his trips

Rachel Raz-Risby, the foreign affairs coordinator in former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's office during his tenure as Jerusalem mayor and trade minister, admitted during her testimony at the Jerusalem District Court that in most cases Olmert determined himself who would finance his trips abroad.
During a hearing on the Rishon Tours case, Raz-Risby gave several contradictory statements. At first she claimed Olmert told her what to write on the flight invoices, but later changed her account and claimed Rishon Tours completed the forms without the municipalities' involvement. (Aviad Glickman)
