State control committee: Finalize status of IDF conversions

The Knesset's State Control Committee is urging a meeting between the Chief Rabbinate, IDF chief rabbi, the attorney general and the Prime Minister's Office in order to reach an agreement which will finalize the issue of IDF conversions.
Most participants in the debate said that it would be wrong to leave thousands of IDF soldiers who underwent military conversions at a state of uncertainty. (Roni Sofer)
