Halutz: Cancel law requiring 'cooling off' period for chiefs of staff

Former Chief of Staff Dan Halutz called for the cancellation of a law requiring a "cooling off" period for chiefs of staff who want to go into politics. During a speech to Haifa Rotary Club members, Halutz said such a law "didn't even have a place in the Geneva Convention," and that it must be annulled, "if not for me then for the next chief of staff."
