Paris alarm continues: Metro near Eiffel Tower evacuated

The Saint Michael metro station in Paris was evacuated because of bomb threats in the area of the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars park. Police evacuated thousands of people from the area after receiving a call warning of an explosive device hidden there. (AFP)
