Hanegbi trial: State demands suspended prison sentence

The State Prosecutor's Office has asked the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court to sentence Knesset Member Tzachi Hanegbi (Kadima) to a suspended prison sentence after he was convicted of perjury.
Earlier, the prosecution asked the judges to ignore letters sent in support of Hanegbi by senior public figures and intellectuals. (Aviad Glickman)
