German court to hear alleged Holocaust denier case

A German court will consider in November an appeal by an ultraconservative British bishop against his incitement conviction for denying the Holocaust in a television interview.
Germany's DAPD news agency reported Thursday that a Regensburg court spokesman said an appeal hearing had been set for November 29. It is scheduled to last one day. (AP)
