French FM: Iran sanctions bearing fruit

French Defense Minister Herve Morin said Thursday that sanctions on Iran were bearing fruit. In a press conference at the Pentagon he said there already is an internal debate within the Iranian regime.
His American counterpart Robert Gates said that the sanctions have proved themselves efficient and tougher that expected prior to the UN resolution. (AFP)
