Obama promises not to leak details of Mubarak's health to press

The US promised Egypt to refrain from intervening in the coming presidential elections or express a preference for any of the candidates, and also not to leak details of President Hosni Mubarak's health to the press, the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Dar.
According to reports, the message was delivered by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for US President Barack Obama during the Sharm el-Sheikh summit this week. Mubarak is aged 81 and recently underwent surgery for the removal of the gall bladder. (Roee Nahmias)
