Lieberman: Peace talks should address population exchange

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman commented on the Arab League's statement refusing to recognize Israel as a Jewish state and said: "It is exactly this detail that forces us to address the issue of Israeli-Arabs in negotiations. People like MK Henin Zoabi and head of the Islamic Movement's northern branch Raed Salah are fighting Zionism and as far as I'm concerned should move and become citizens of the Palestinian Authority."

The minister also added, "The principal we should be guided by in talks is not 'territories for peace' but a 'population-territories exchange." (Ronen Medzini)
