Israel's hard-line foreign minister says his call to redraw the country's borders to exclude some Arab citizens in a future peace deal with the Palestinians is his personal view and does not represent government policy.
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman on Sunday proposed trading sections of Israel where its Arab citizens live for West Bank Jewish settlements as part of any peace deal. Lieberman said Monday in Prague that the proposal was "my personal view, it's not the official position of our government." (AP)
