Lebanese minister calls for end of media war with Hezbollah

Lebanon's Information Minister Tarek Mitri called for calm following an exchange of accusations between the Lebanese government and Hezbollah. "The government stressed that the media war must be stopped and a dialogue started," he said.
Fares Suaid, a senior official in the Lebanese prime minister's party blamed Hezbollah of an attempted coup and sabotaging the investigation of the murder of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. (AFP)
