Quartet to Israel: Extend settlement moratorium

The Quartet has called on Israel to extend the freeze on settlement building in the West Bank during the General Assembly in New York.
An official statement issued by the Quartet stated that the "Israeli settlement moratorium instituted last November has had a positive impact," and went on to urge its continuation. (Yitzhak Benhorin )
