Police back security guard who shot Palestinian

Jerusalem District Police Commander Aharon Franco backed the conduct of the Israeli security guard who shot a Palestinian to death in the east Jerusalem village of Silwan.
Franco told reporters that "according to an initial investigation, the guard encountered a preplanned ambush which put his life in danger, and therefore opened fire." (Yair Altman)
