Russian president arrives in China for talks

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev arrived in China on Sunday for talks with leaders, amid growing energy cooperation between the neighbors.
The Russian leader arrived in the northeastern port city of Dalian and was to visit a war memorial and meet with Chinese and Russian veterans as well as local leaders, China's official Xinhua News Agency said. (AP)
